Day 1: The Breath — Anchor in the Present
Breath is life. Yet in the rush of daily stress, most of us breathe in shallow, fragmented ways that keep our nervous system locked in survival mode. By intentionally connecting with your breath, you send a signal of safety to your body and mind.
Reflection Prompt:
Where does your breath feel shallow? Where does it feel full? Spend a moment simply noticing — without judgment — how you are breathing right now.
Practice:
