If you followed a partner link and checked out on the seller’s website, contact that seller for payment, shipping, returns, warranty or order updates. Check your order confirmation to identify the seller. Lumora may earn a commission from qualifying partner purchases, at no additional cost to you.
Orders placed directly with Lumora
For an order paid directly to Lumora Essential, email us with your order number and the email used at checkout. Please do not send card details or passwords.
Existing course access
Existing members can sign in to the Lumora portal. For access help, email us with the course name and the email used to enroll. The previous $99/month Network offer is closed to new enrollment.
