Lumora Essential provides product education and links to selected partner sellers. We may earn a commission when you purchase through our partner links, at no additional cost to you.

Checkout happens with the partner seller

For products linked to a partner’s website, payment is completed with that seller. The payment methods, currency, taxes, delivery charges, financing options and any other fees shown by the seller apply to that purchase. Review the total and terms before paying.

Lumora does not collect payment for those partner orders or issue their order confirmations. For a payment question, receipt or billing correction, use the seller’s contact details shown on your purchase record.

Lumora courses and gift cards

New Lumora course purchases, Network enrollment and gift-card purchases are currently paused. Existing members can continue using the Lumora portal. For access questions, contact Lumora.

Earlier purchases made directly with Lumora

If your receipt names Lumora Essential as the seller, email contact@lumoraessential.com with your order reference and question. Do not include full card numbers or other payment credentials. The terms provided with that purchase and applicable consumer rights continue to apply; this update does not change earlier purchases.
